“Is rare due to...”
Ok that’s enough it’s a goddamn bench seat.
CP and it looks like a bad rattle can paint job to me.
Seller missed his opportunity to cash in on OJ by 25 years.

But even a casual reading of the CL listing tells you he knows what he’s got.

Priceless input, once again!
I thought of you a few times over the Christmas break. Sometimes I get awake and go out to the living room and put on my Bose QC headphones and doze while YouTube autoplays stuff. I’m always surprised by what it settles on, like beekeeping... But there is a major YouTube obsession surrounding turning various and sundry things on wood lathes. Also, I made a jigsaw puzzle table with a lazy Susan base. I’ll have to make a post about it. Used JB Weld as a filler and it worked very well.
I hope you enjoyed your break.

I don’t have anything to base it upon, but I could imagine the thing fetching even $5-6k. But still: half what he’s asking.
Sometimes there’s big value in things and I don’t see it. Sounds like this ain’t one of those times.

It’s a nice specimen, but for that kind of money, I want the factory rims, TYVM. Since it’s a bench seat, the rims were probably very plain Jane, which would be preferable to me. I’m not interested in the vehicle beyond curiosity about what might make a good recipient for my low-mileage Crown Vic cop car donor.

The value of anything is whatever someone is willing to pay for it... I personally wouldn’t pay more than $3k for that Bronco, but then I’m not really looking for one either.

Agreed. I especially don’t like the 95-96 era of Ford trucks; just blah .

You know, I too recently had YouTube gift me with beekeeping videos. Some guy was taking out a massive ground nest of European hornets . Surprisingly fascinating stuff...

I have never heard of a bench seat referred to as a “lovers’ seat.” It is “rare” because all the lovers couldn’t keep their eyes on the road.

I’ve got a 2010 Crown Vic donor vehicle with lo miles that needs a recipient vehicle, which is why I was lightweight browsing Broncos.

I think that was the last decent looking Ford trucks. We got the jellybean in 97, and it's been a parade of chromed out slabs.

Probably the same guy. I need to message him to ask him whether he’s ever considered using CO2 at times to suffocate the bees.

Funny you should mention a lathe. I just bought a small lathe for my school’s shop right before break. I haven’t hooked it up yet, and I’m not entirely sure what I’m going to do with it, but it’ll be a fun thing to add in for the kids.
I had a very good break, thank you. I hope you did as well.

The V-6 in the ‘97 was not a good engine. But the improvement in comfort and driveability in ‘97 was huge. I owned a ‘95 F-150 for a while and I thought the ride quality was atrocious .

My brother had a 95 XLT. It rode about as well as our cousin's Cheyenne. They both rode better than my S-10. lol
